Leadership

A Word from the Founder

Sparta Legal Consultancy was founded on a simple but firm belief: legal representation should be both intellectually rigorous and practically effective. Throughout my career, I have advised on high-value transactions, including a $408 million cross-border acquisition, and represented clients in high-value disputes exceeding the equivalent of $3 million before Qatari courts.

Beyond practice, I have contributed to legal scholarship as a co-author of Contract Law of Qatar (Cambridge University Press), adopted as a teaching reference in the Juris Doctor (JD) 1L Contracts course at Hamad Bin Khalifa University, College of Law, where I have also co-taught contract law. These roles reinforced my commitment to clarity, structure, and depth in legal reasoning.

At Sparta, we approach every matter with discipline, integrity, and personal accountability. We stand firmly with our clients, protecting their interests and delivering results with precision and purpose.
